Grantmaking Priorities

The grantmaking priorities of The Grundy Foundation are:

  • Operating/Programmatic Support
  • Capital Projects (“brick and mortar”)

Eligibility

Prospective grantees must qualify as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service.

Eligibility is currently limited to pre-selected organizations in Lower Bucks County or Trustee-recommended projects focused on arts and culture, education, and emergency needs. Currently, no new grant applications are being considered.

In 2025, impact grants were awarded to 19 grantees, including $90,000 to Bristol Riverside Theatre and $55,890 to other local organizations. The average grant award was $7,678.

The Trustees of The Grundy Foundation review these priorities annually.
