Board of Trustees 

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees chosen according to the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of Joseph R. Grundy, and their appointments are approved by the Bucks County Orphans’ Court. Their governance is dictated by the aforementioned provisions. Chief among them are stewardship of an endowment established by the Testator, approval of funding expenditures, establishment of operating policies, and oversight of administrative procedures.
